A baby ladder

Jacob is leaning on me as we lay on the couch…I’m watching TV, he’s playing with his camera.

Jacob: Mom…the baby needs a ladder.

Me: For what?

Jacob: So he can climb out.

Me: Out of where?

Jacob: Out of your mouth! But just a small ladder though mommy. He’s just a baby. He’s not a big boy yet. But you can’t chew it, or swallow it, or he can’t get out! And Mom… he has to be very careful, it’s very slippery in there. And stinky!!!

(P.S. - We’re bringing the ladder on his fire truck to the hospital. lol)
